Du kannst Teile der App ohne Konto nutzen. Für bestimmte Funktionen ist ein Konto nötig. Du bist für die Richtigkeit deiner Angaben und die Sicherheit deines Zugangs verantwortlich. Das Mindestalter richtet sich nach den Vorgaben des App Stores und dem lokalen Recht.
Fennly bietet kostenpflichtige Abonnements (zum Beispiel wöchentlich) sowie einen einmaligen Lifetime-Kauf. Kauf und Abrechnung laufen über den jeweiligen App Store (Apple App Store oder Google Play). Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch zum angezeigten Preis, bis du sie kündigst. Kündigung und Verwaltung erfolgen in den Konto-Einstellungen des jeweiligen App Stores. Alle Preise werden vor dem Kauf angezeigt. Zusätzlich gelten die Bedingungen des jeweiligen App Stores.
Rückerstattungen richten sich nach den Richtlinien des jeweiligen App Stores. Gesetzliche Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.
Du nutzt die App nicht missbräuchlich oder rechtswidrig, störst ihren Betrieb nicht und nimmst kein Reverse Engineering vor, soweit gesetzlich nicht ausdrücklich erlaubt.
Alle Rechte an der App und ihren Inhalten liegen bei UNIQS vGmbH. Die von dir eingegebenen Daten bleiben deine; die Verarbeitung regelt die Datenschutzerklärung.
Fennly liefert Hinweise und Verdachtsmomente, keine medizinische Diagnose, und ersetzt keine ärztliche Beratung. Bei gesundheitlichen Beschwerden wende dich an medizinisches Fachpersonal.
Die App wird ohne Gewähr für ununterbrochene oder fehlerfreie Verfügbarkeit bereitgestellt. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet UNIQS vGmbH nur für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie nach zwingendem Recht; eine Haftung für mittelbare oder Folgeschäden ist ausgeschlossen. Wir können die App und diese Bedingungen bei Bedarf anpassen und informieren in der App.
Du kannst dein Konto samt Daten jederzeit in den Einstellungen löschen. Bei Verstößen gegen diese Bedingungen können wir den Zugang einschränken oder beenden.

Fennly is a food and symptom diary. The app helps you identify possible triggers of your symptoms and provides hints and suspected triggers. Fennly does not provide a medical diagnosis and does not replace professional medical advice.
You can use parts of the app without an account. Certain features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the security of your access. The minimum age follows the app store rules and local law.
Fennly offers paid subscriptions (for example weekly) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchase and billing run through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed price until you cancel. Cancellation and management happen in the account settings of the respective app store. All prices are shown before purchase. The terms of the respective app store also apply.
Refunds follow the policies of the respective app store. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You will not use the app in an abusive or unlawful way, will not disrupt its operation, and will not reverse engineer it except where expressly permitted by law.
All rights in the app and its content belong to UNIQS vGmbH. The data you enter remains yours; its processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

The app is provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, UNIQS vGmbH is liable only for intent and gross negligence and as required by mandatory law; liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. We may adapt the app and these terms as needed and will notify you in the app.
You can delete your account and data anytime in settings. We may restrict or end access in case of violations of these terms.
