Konto und Daten löschen

Du kannst dein Fennly-Konto und alle damit verbundenen Daten jederzeit löschen. Es gibt zwei Wege.

In der App

Öffne Fennly und tippe unten auf den Tab Du. Scrolle zum Abschnitt Deine Daten und tippe auf Konto & Daten löschen. Bestätige mit Ja, alles löschen — dein Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten werden dauerhaft gelöscht.

Ohne Zugang zur App

Schreib uns von deiner registrierten E-Mail-Adresse an support@fennly.app mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen". Wir prüfen die Anfrage und löschen dein Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

Welche Daten gelöscht werden

• Kontodaten: E-Mail-Adresse und Logindaten.
• Deine Mahlzeiten, einschließlich Fotos.
• Erkannte Lebensmittel- und Trigger-Kategorien.
• Deine erfassten Symptome und gesundheitsbezogenen Daten.
• Nutzungsbezogene Ereignisse, die mit deinem Konto verknüpft sind.

Was wir gegebenenfalls behalten

Gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Unterlagen, zum Beispiel Rechnungs- und Steuerdaten über unseren Zahlungsdienstleister, bewahren wir für die gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfrist auf. Bereits anonymisierte, nicht mehr auf dich beziehbare Auswertungen bleiben bestehen. Backups werden im Rahmen unseres regulären Lösch-Zyklus innerhalb von 30 Tagen überschrieben.

Abo

Ein aktives Abo läuft über Google Play. Das Löschen deines Kontos kündigt ein laufendes Abo nicht. Verwalte oder kündige es in Google Play unter „Abos".

Frist

Wir schließen die Löschung innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach deiner Anfrage ab. Fragen? support@fennly.app. Mehr in unserer Datenschutzerklärung.

Delete account and data

You can delete your Fennly account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways.

In the app

Open Fennly and tap the You tab at the bottom. Scroll to the Your data section and tap Delete my account & data. Confirm with Yes, delete everything — your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

Without access to the app

Email us from your registered email address at support@fennly.app with the subject "Delete account". We verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Account data: email address and login data.
• Your meals, including photos.
• Detected foods and trigger categories.
• Your recorded symptoms and health-related data.
• Usage events linked to your account.

What we may retain

Records required by law, for example billing and tax data held via our payment provider, are kept for the legally mandated retention period. Already anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked to you remain. Backups are overwritten within 30 days as part of our regular deletion cycle.

Subscription

An active subscription runs through Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel it in Google Play under "Subscriptions".

Timeline
